The Opportunity Fixed Term Contract - until August 2026, with potential for extension We’re looking for a Solutions Analyst Consultant to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a technical background, enjoys working collaboratively across teams, translating complex requirements into actionable insights, and ensuring successful project delivery. You’ll work closely with the team and technical product owners & architects to break down work into epics, features, and stories, and specify acceptance criteria, when working in agile teams, to enable the effective planning and delivery of work. What You’ll Do Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories in collaboration with Solution Designers and Developers. Partner with architecture teams to validate solution designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards. Support testing phases by verifying that solutions meet defined requirements and business objectives. Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and traceable documentation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Provide continuous support to ensure delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations and align with strategic business goals. Create and maintain internal documentation, business process workflows, and detailed project reports. Collaborate closely with client project teams to drive successful solution delivery and adoption. Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams within the client’s organization. Manage multiple concurrent projects, proactively resolving issues or escalating them when necessary to ensure timely delivery. What You’ll Bring Experience in Microservices, APIs, API GWs Experience facilitating workshops and working with diverse teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis Experience working across multiple projects Nice to Have Telecommunications industry experience Familiarity with HBase, Spark, and Elastic Search Basic Linux skills Why Join Skillfield?
