This role is pivotal in shaping brand presence, supporting sales growth, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets. The role will report to our Head of Growth and will be responsible for all collateral, digital and printed, used by our sales and product management teams. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of Growth on corporate branding initiatives and the rationalisation and positioning of customer and consumer brands. Lead the delivery of marketing support for the sales team, equipping them with tools to succeed with customers. Coordinate the development of collateral, displays, and design assets for trade shows, maintaining brand consistency and impact. Review and enhance IXOM”S Life Sciences communication strategy to boost market visibility and engagement. Own and manage the Life Sciences marketing calendar and activation plans, ensuring strong ROI on all marketing investments. Partner with the Portfolio Leaders to integrate any brand acquisitions into IXOM, ensuring a seamless transition. Evaluate consumer branding and packaging to strengthen market credentials and refine brand positioning. Assist Portfolio Leaders in executing strategic initiatives across the many channels where Ixom ingredients, flavours and fragrances play. Oversee all IXOM’s Life Sciences websites in Australia, progressing toward a unified domain strategy. Ensure consistent branding across all digital assets and platforms. Coordinate with international markets to maintain global brand consistency. Provide support for various marketing needs, including websites, communications, and collateral development. Who are we looking for? A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline. Experience in marketing roles within the ingredients industry. Proven expertise in digital marketing and communications tailored to B2B audiences. Demonstrated success in brand development and strategic brand positioning. A strong track record of achieving growth targets in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Excellent multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a hands on approach. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver impactful outcomes. A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the business. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
