As the Communications and Strategic Partnerships Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, managing stakeholders and partnerships, liaising with the community, and spearheading communication campaigns. Responsibilities The Communications and Strategic Partnerships Advisor will lead the implementation of SEE Group’s communications and partnerships strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic priorities. The role focuses on enhancing and protecting SEE Group’s brand and reputation through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Responsible for the implementation of SEE Group’s communications and partnerships strategy for the business. Develop, manage and deliver communications initiatives, aligning internal and external communications priorities. Responsible to manage all aspects of SEE Group corporate imagery and standards and oversee the appropriate use of SEE Group’s intellectual property as it relates to the marketing and communication plan and within the limits of authority as outline in the Delegated Authority Policy. Oversee the effective and efficient management of the functional areas of community relations and stakeholder engagement. Research and evaluate potential partners, initiate and lead outreach efforts to establish new professional partnerships. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners. Communicate and translate business specific and corporate strategy information for internal and external audiences. Manage strategic sponsorships including maintaining key relationships and coordination of events and marketing material to increase brand awareness and improve social responsibility perception. Essential Skills and Attributes Proven experience in communications and professional partnerships. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Creative thinking and a passion for communication. Highly effective skills in coordinating the communications, marketing and/or promotion. Organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
