To know more about this exciting role , visit the full job description: https://torrens.blackboard.com/bbcswebdav/xid-84633957_1 Principal Accountabilities of this role: Coordinate logistics for national events – from venues and suppliers to staffing and guest management Support event delivery for graduations, Open Days, Orientation, webinars, and more Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution Manage event tools, databases, RSVP systems, and post-event evaluations Travel nationally to bring events to life and support onsite delivery Be a key contact for event stakeholders and ensure a premium experience every time Innovation & Continuous Improvement We Are Looking For: Apart from being an energetic and positive individual, we believe the new Campus Life Coordinator for our Sydney campus should have: 3 years’ experience in event coordination or support Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments Exceptional organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills Confidence working independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with tech at live events Willingness to work after hours and travel as needed Why join us?
