The Position As the Business Development Manager , you'll be the face of the brand across your network of mortgage brokers, financial advisers, accountants, and real estate professionals. You'll be laser-focused on driving loan origination and growing market share - all while helping customers move faster and smarter through life's biggest financial moments. What you'll be doing: Building and nurturing relationships with brokers and key referrers Spreading the word - educating partners about product features, credit appetite, and deal structures Attending networking events and industry functions to boost visibility and uncover new leads Tracking pipeline performance, competitor moves, and conversion rates Hitting monthly and quarterly loan origination targets - and celebrating your wins The Person You're a natural connector with a drive to win and the hustle to make things happen.
