They're now seeking a Store Manager to lead their high-profile concession in the David Jones Elizabeth Street flagship. What you'll be doing You'll manage a team and be responsible for leading all aspects of the concession, including service, sales, operations, and team culture. Lead and inspire a small team to consistently achieve KPIs Deliver premium styling and elevated 1:1 client experiences Build strong client relationships and drive CRM performance Manage all day-to-day operations including stock, rosters, and VM Set the tone on the floor with energy, focus, and professionalism Report directly to Area or Regional Management Who you are You might already be a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or even a senior-level consultant ready to step up. You're commercially minded, passionate about service, and thrive in a premium fashion setting.
