In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in the construction industry, introducing them to our high-quality range of products, and driving sales growth. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales objectives. Requirements Identify and target new sales opportunities while managing existing accounts to ensure lasting partnerships. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our products and services. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales strategies effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and satisfaction of client needs. Track progress against sales targets and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplies, with experience in the precast concrete industry preferred. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to build rapport with a diverse range of customers. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building supplies sector. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and customer service.
