About this exciting opportunity: • Location : CBD/Parramatta & North Sydney • Full Time & Casual Opportunities available • Must have 24 /7 availability. This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client • Gatehouse duties • Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems • Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk • Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification • Providing support to tenants and Facilities • Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management • Responding to emergency situations • Contractor management duties • Ad-hoc duties Skills And Experience: • Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain resilience within a fast-paced environment. • Intermediate computer skills • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Positive attitude • Must possess a professional presentation. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. • Highly responsible and reliable • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using Fire (FIP & EWIS) and Security Systems (CCTV, Access, Control) will be highly regarded. • Ability to work a rotating roster with 24/7 availability.
