Career development opportunities Leave loading of 17.5% Flexible working arrangements Employee Assistance Program Discounted health insurance and free flu shots each year About the role The Accounts Receivables Officer is responsible for entering and maintaining data into the client management and financial systems, preparing statements, invoices, submitting claims to Services Australia, budget adjustments, maintenance of debtor accounts, maintaining compliance, discharging clients and actioning any relevant tasks. Enter account receivable data into the client management systems and financial management system (D365) according to relevant work instructions Ensure revenue is receipted in accordance with the payments terms and required checks have been completed. Liaise with other staff and stakeholders for the verification of information/records related to clients, client contributions and co-payments are made as required. Maintain the records of the home care receivables department by filing all source documents and system generated reports, and prepare reports and other documentation for management as requested Prepare budget adjustments in accordance to the Departments requirements.
