The Opportunity: We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Social Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Program Coordinator to lead vital mental health and wellbeing initiatives across remote communities. This is a unique opportunity to work on Country, build meaningful relationships, and deliver trauma-informed care that respects culture and community. Key Responsibilities: Provide psychological assessments and therapeutic support to clients Travel to remote communities to deliver SEWB services and strengthen local initiatives Case manage clients and coordinate integrated care with other service providers Develop and maintain referral pathways to ensure access to essential resources Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver early intervention and treatment What You’ll Bring: Qualifications as a registered psychologist (or equivalent mental health professional) Experience in trauma, AOD, domestic violence, or Indigenous mental health Strong case management and community engagement skills Cultural competency and a commitment to working respectfully with Aboriginal communities Willingness to travel and work in remote settings What We Offer: Competitive salary up to $120,000 per annum Salary sacrifice up to $18,550 (NFP benefits) 6 weeks annual leave Red Lily leave days, travel allowances and relocation support (if applicable) Ongoing professional development and training Supportive, multidisciplinary team environment Interested in joining us?
