Job Description Act as the liaison between brokers, airlines, clients, handling agents and suppliers Preparing preliminary briefings for handover by the broker, as well as full flight briefings in close coordination with airlines and clients Collaborate with suppliers to provide customer-specific branding (e.g., personalized headrest covers) and coordinate delivery details Overseeing flight departures and flight riding on board charters Accurate data entry, logging of flight times Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues Complete flight documents for confirmed charters Updating the customers and brokers on the progress of the flight when necessary Resolving problems when necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed Support colleagues worldwide and assume tasks from other departments when necessary
