Job Description We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Queensland. In this hands-on role, you will provide exceptional after-sales service and technical support to our customers by attending scheduled service calls, assessing, and repairing furniture with professionalism and care. What you’ll be doing: Attending customer homes to assess and repair furniture with a focus on customer satisfaction. Troubleshooting issues and determining the most appropriate repair solutions. Maintaining accurate documentation including service reports and photo records. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintaining your tools, equipment and company vehicle to ensure reliability. Committing to health and safety practices and proactive hazard reporting.
