About the opportunity Applications are invited for eligible medical officers to join our team to complete their BPT2 clinical Year at Mercy Health (Werribee Campus). These are twelve (12) month positions commencing on 2nd February 2026. Mercy Health has a number of BPT2 positions suitable for eligible applicants holding their General Registration with AHPRA by February 2026. Mercy Health offer a supported environment where Senior Medical Staff make an effort to know you personally and our HMO education program comprises weekly education session, incorporating simulation workshops and case-based education sessions. Each successful applicant will complete the below rotation combination under the BPT2 HMO Program: General Medicine including sub-specialties (based on preferences) - 6 months Geriatrics (GEM@Home) – 3 months Palliative Care/Geriatrics Mercy Albury NSW – 3 months BPT2 positions are offered through the PMCV Computer matching service. International Medical Graduate (Australian Permanent Resident) who will complete 12 months of workplace-based assessment at an Australian hospital (Competent Authority Pathway).
