As we expand and refine our offerings, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our in-house team. Reporting to the CEO, this role will see you focus on the delivery of hospitality-focused projects, from concept through to opening. This will include new fit outs, refurbishments, and enhancements to guest and staff experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of venue and precinct-based projects, including design, construction, procurement, and handover. Lead project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring works are delivered on time and on budget. Liaise with designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and venue operations to align creative vision with commercial and operational outcomes. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a live operating environment, minimising disruption to venues and guests. Provide clear and regular reporting to stakeholders and contribute to long-term capital works planning. What we are looking for: At least 5 years' experience in project management or construction delivery A background in hospitality, retail, or mixed-use venues would be highly desirable Demonstrated experience delivering projects including venue fit-outs and refurbishments – ideally in operational environments Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative hands-on approach An understanding of planning processes, building codes, and contractor management A passion for quality, detail, and creating spaces that people love Why you’ll love working for us?
