Description We currently have an opportunity for a Handy Person . Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in the delivery of services and the completion of all assigned maintenance, grounds, lawns & cleaning tasks to achieve contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications, and special school projects. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Maintain site grounds and lawns Undertake minor building maintenance and repairs Ensure the completion of all on site Facilities Management Services and control of associated contractors Ensure school is opened on time each morning Provide detailed accurate ad/hoc reporting What You’ll Bring (experience required) Landscaping and/or grounds maintenance experience highly desirable Experience in general maintenance and repairs essential Understanding of OH&S regulations.
