THE ROLE: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of Crystalbrook Vincent and operates within a proactive and efficient team. The role involves assisting with daily building maintenance operations and performing various tasks related to building systems, mechanical and electrical maintenance, energy management and fire/life safety. You will collaborate with the established maintenance team and communicate with both internal and external hotel stakeholders. You will elevate the hotel experience for our guests by: Ensuring the safe and reliable operation of equipment and facilities for guests and team Creating a positive image of the hotel and protecting its asset value Completing daily maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance schedules Championing WH&S for all work methods and areas Responding to and attending to urgent repair requests Getting your hands dirty!
