What You'll be DoingThe Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is an expert Palliative Care practitioner who, through leadership facilitates evidence based practice. The Palliative Care CNC will promote a service which fosters clinical excellence, research and professional leadership. The Palliative Care CNC contributes to quality health care by collaborating with the health care providers and consumer groups, developing clinical practice standards and evaluating their outcomes. The Palliative Care CNC is responsible for providing services which facilitate effective management of the care in the given specialty.
