About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Village & Aerodrome Coordinator to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Commercial Manager and work on an 8:6 roster. Your focus will be on overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the aerodrome and village facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth day-to-day service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing daily aerodrome operations in line with CASA MOS 139, including audits, inspections, and maintenance. Coordinating scheduled flights and responding to delays or emergencies with key stakeholders. Overseeing safe, efficient delivery of village services including accommodation, catering, and cleaning. Handling procurement activities, raising purchase requisitions, and validating invoices. Conducting regular audits and compliance checks across aerodrome and village operations. Promoting a strong safety culture by upholding HSEC standards and ensuring incident reporting. About You Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, including familiarity with site-based FIFO positions. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: Well-versed in performing general administrative duties. Experience with ERP systems, such as Pronto and SAP. Expertise in using travel management systems, such as PeopleTray and INX Inflight. Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Current C Class Driver’s Licence (manual).
