Duties The Project Officer is responsible to the Team Leader of Organisational Development for assisting with the coordination of training programs, including supporting the procurement of external programs. The incumbent will undertake research, data analysis and maintain accurate and high-quality records associated with training programs. The outcomes of this role will link closely with the work of the rest of the Learning Academy and the Project Officer will be an effective team player, including assisting in initiating, developing, facilitating and coordinating training programs for staff in accordance with DCS priorities. Special Conditions Section 47 of the Public Sector Act 2009 applies in conjunction with other provisions of the act and other applicable industrial entitlements. The incumbent is required to satisfactorily complete a National Criminal History Check; A current South Australian Driver’s Licence is essential; A flexible approach to working hours is required; Some interstate and intrastate travel will be required which may necessitate overnight absences.
