As they continue to scale operations and extend market presence, they are seeking a key player to help drive national dealer engagement and sales. Overview of the Role This newly created opportunity will see you manage and grow relationships with dealers across WA, SA, TAS, VIC, and parts of NSW. With a 50/50 split between travel and office time, this is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and face-to-face interaction. You’ll represent a respected product range, support existing dealerships, and help identify and onboard new partners. You’ll have the chance to shape your region and grow with the company in a long-term role that rewards initiative and performance. About the Role Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, from principals to parts and workshop staff Drive showroom presence and implement visual merchandising strategies with POS support Provide product training and ensure dealer teams are informed and equipped Develop sales strategies and dealer growth plans to meet national objectives Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and contribute to national sales targets Overview of the Ideal Candidate You’re a confident, self-motivated sales professional with experience in motorcycles or automotive. You’re comfortable on the road, enjoy meeting people, and know how to build trust and influence in a dealership environment.
