About the role Join us as our Village Manager on a full-time basis and be valued for who you are. You will work closely with the General Manager - Independent Living, community residents, their significant others, and staff. In this role you will be responsible for managing the operational requirements of the site, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded, while also delivering a high standard of service to all residents. About you - Knowledge, Skills & Experience Demonstrate confidence and leadership Strong administration skills (report writing, drafting letters, following through and closing out matters) Ability to conduct site tours (with a view to sell the “Independent living community” benefits) Experience with the Microsoft suite and CRM experience Multitasking and prioritisation Demonstrated conflict resolution experience Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking Deciding and initiating action Presenting and communicating information Strong interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture Knowledge and awareness of Adventist beliefs, culture and ASL values NDIS Workers Clearance or willingness to obtain one Current Drivers License What really matters here - and what makes Adventist Senior Living work - are our shared values.
