The Role Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is a 40 bed home offering secure and intimate living to female residents. Rooms have a picturesque view of either gardens or the hillside overlooking Paddington. Local residents have come to appreciate Rosalie as the specialist dementia nursing home in the Inner Brisbane City precinct. We are looking for a Part Time Leisure and Lifestyle Officer with dementia experience to carry out our lifestyle and recreation program. This is part time position working Thursday – Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm and Saturday, Sunday 8:30am – 2:30pm. Your key focus will be to carry out tailored 1:1 and group lifestyle recreational activities including outings & excursions by considering client needs, dignity and risk. Programs are designed in collaboration with our residents and their support network as well as management, the allied health and care team to meet resident needs and wants.
