In this impactful role, you will develop and deliver engaging content that inspires connection and drives meaningful support for ministries serving people and communities in need — from outreach and homelessness services to Catholic education bursaries and support for seminarian formation. What you'll do Lead the strategy and execution of all donor communications, ensuring messages are inspiring, brand-aligned, and mission-driven across print and digital channels Develop and implement an annual fundraising communications plan across multiple Catholic charitable causes Craft compelling content for appeals, donor journeys, social media, websites, and campaign collateral Write inspiring copy for print and digital channels, including appeal letters, newsletters, video scripts, and reports Collaborate with fundraising, creative, and donor services teams to tell powerful impact stories Engage and deepen donor relationships through tailored, mission-driven messaging Analyse and report on campaign performance to continuously improve engagement and outcomes What you'll bring A passion for purpose and making a positive impact Degree in marketing, communications, or similar 5 years’ experience in fundraising communications, copywriting, or donor engagement Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills across various formats Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to deadline Experience with CRMs, digital fundraising tools, and content planning Strong collaboration skills and ability to work both autonomously and within a team Alignment with the mission and values of the Catholic Church Why you'll love working with us A values-driven culture grounded in faith, service, and respect A supportive team that values ideas, creativity, and shared success Opportunities to grow your skills and shape your role Purposeful work that supports ministries making a difference in the world Flexible hybrid working options (with in-office collaboration encouraged) Relocation allowance available for interstate candidates To apply for this role please submit a cover letter and resume via the Apply For This Job button.
