This is a player-coach position: while overseeing regional operations, you’ll also program manage a small number of strategic accounts directly. You’ll ensure high-quality implementations, drive regional delivery excellence, and represent services in commercial opportunities. You will act as the senior delivery voice in APAC, responsible for client outcomes, people leadership, and ongoing process improvement. You will be responsible for performing a Delivery Lead role across one (or more) Aptitude client engagements or internal strategic initiatives, while supporting the VPs, Professional Services and Chief Client Experience Officer with respect to portfolio delivery management. You will operate at the most senior level, providing confidence and leadership which enables clients to build trust in our delivery.
