It also leads a multidisciplinary team and mobilises cross-functional resources to deliver complex, high-impact programs with both strategic and hands-on leadership. Strategic Delivery Leadership , lead the delivery of product-led commercial initiatives that generate new revenue and value. Drive programs that commercialise data, launch innovative services, and enable go-to-market execution. Embed a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach aligned to strategic commercial goals Executive and Commercial Stakeholder Engagement, build strong relationships with internal product, legal, marketing, and technology teams to shape and deliver commercial offerings. Partner with external agencies and stakeholders to support execution and adoption, and represent commercial programs in executive forums and decision-making bodies. People Leadership and Team Culture, lead a layered team structure with direct reports and functional leads. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable culture focused on delivering commercial outcomes, while supporting capability development in commercial program delivery and product-oriented thinking. Lean Resource Allocation , deliver programs efficiently using a lean delivery model. Mobilise and scale resources to meet commercial opportunities, and shape a flexible resourcing strategy that supports agility. Portfolio Planning and Performance , shape a commercial delivery roadmap aligned with product strategy and enterprise goals. Oversee planning, risk management, delivery performance, and benefits tracking, while delivering strong reporting and insights into outcomes. Commercialisation and Go-to-Market Enablement, work closely with product and marketing teams to plan and support service launches. Tailor delivery and readiness planning for both B2B and B2C models, ensuring teams understand commercial imperatives and customer value propositions. Financial and Commercial Oversight, manage program budgets, financial tracking, and ROI reporting. Ensure initiatives are cost-effective and aligned to commercial targets, and influence investment decisions through robust financial analysis. About you You are a strategic and commercially minded transformation leader with over 10 years of experience delivering complex, multi-stream programs across digital, operational, and commercial domains. With a strong foundation in project and program management (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2, MSP, SAFe), you bring a disciplined yet innovative approach to driving change and delivering value. You have a proven track record in the commercialisation of data, digital services, and products, with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies across both B2B and B2C models. Your financial acumen is well-developed, with hands-on experience in ROI analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and managing large portfolio budgets. Your leadership is grounded in integrity and ethical decision-making. You take ownership of implementing the Fraud and Corruption Control Framework and integrity framework within your teams, ensuring risks are effectively managed and a culture of ethical behaviour is embedded through your actions and leadership. You’ve led high-performing, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments, often through matrixed structures, and have built strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business, product, legal, and customer functions. You’re also well-versed in modular architecture principles, legacy remediation, and digital product launches. Technically, you’re proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, and skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office. Experience with Workday and a background in government or regulated markets further enhance your ability to lead impactful, customer-focused transformation.
