This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across HubSpot CRM, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities Assist with the development and implementation of local area marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels. Help plan, execute, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot and Mailchimp. Manage Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns. Own the social media content calendar, including content creation and copywriting. Help manage, build, and optimise website and landing pages in HubSpot. Create monthly performance reports to track and analyse results. Collaborate with the broader marketing team on diverse marketing activities and channels. Assist in SEO efforts and manage the digital footprint of KellyPartners and its 32 office locations. Assist in developing thought-leadership content for monthly and quarterly newsletters and publications. About You Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM and marketing automation 3 years in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on HubSpot, social media, and paid advertising strategies. Experience with graphic design, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite, is highly advantageous. Proven ability to develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail. Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
