About Circa: Circa is a leading supplier of architectural products, specialising in timber flooring, linings and profiles, architectural hardware, and acoustic solutions. We offer architects, designers, specifiers, and builders a curated collection for commercial and residential projects, showcased in our award-winning Port Melbourne showroom. About the role: The face of the Circa Studio, this role is responsible for delivering first class customer service to potential and existing clients through a design led approach and specialist knowledge of a unique selection of interior architectural product. Responsibilities: Liaising with a range of customers/clients, builders, designers and internal sales team. Guiding customers with showroom selections, assisting with product knowledge, design & layout advise. Communicate effectively to both clients and the internal team to ensure all operations, processes and deadlines are met efficiently and effectively. Attend & assist coordinating marketing events including but not limited to Trade Expos, branch trade functions, launch events and supplier visits. Ensuring the studio is presented to a high standard, all brochures and product are up-to-date and complete Preparing quotes Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries Build strong client relationships, through regular communication Key requirements: Interior design qualification and/or experience would be preferable but not essential. Previous experience in a similar role within a showroom environment is desirable but attitude and enthusiasm for what we do is what matters. Positively contribute to a collaborative, fun and results driven team environment Be pro-active and able to problem solve. Possess a confident personality, natural drive and be a strong team player. Show confidence working in a consultative role with clients, builders, architects and interior designers Always communicate positively and professionally.
