About the role Full time (Monday – Friday) Start and finish times will vary according to department roster i.e. 6.30am - 2.30pm 7.00am - 3.00pm or 8.00am – 4.00pm. Specific tasks include: Organisation, preparation and monitoring of customer and support worker scheduled services. Regular telephone and email communication with customers, staff and key stakeholders. Creation of new customer rosters. Documenting service changes. Attending regular staff meetings, training sessions as required. Continuous improvement focused A current National Police Clearance less than 3 months old (essential) A genuine interest in aged care and a commitment to making a difference to the lives of older Australians (essential). Previous scheduling / rostering experience (essential) Advanced computer skills Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with customers.
