You will be trusted to: Scope, prepare short term (4 weekly or as otherwise directed) look ahead programs, and provides input into the project schedule, status of works and reporting requirements. Monitor and report on project progresses and maintain our contractual schedule/program, Monitor and review the project task financial outcomes, including overseeing project monthly forecasting and short-term cost controls to ensure project targets are optimised Provide daily support, team supervision and feedback to field operations to produce high-quality project outcomes against company set performance criteria Supervise the daily contract administration requirements and collaborate in the negotiation and control of subcontractor and supply agreements. What you're good at: Previous experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry Able to demonstrate daily productivity and cost control skills and prior forecasting experience Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and suppliers for site works Attends to the scope of work assigned with defined work methods and delivers the work in accordance with total project schedule. Prepares short term (4 weekly or as otherwise directed) look ahead programs, and provides input into the project schedule, status of works and reporting requirements.
