In this pivotal role, you’ll evaluate and enhance our ICT systems, streamline operations, and help us stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape. What You’ll Be Doing Analyse and document business processes and workflowsIdentify inefficiencies and recommend system and process improvementsLead functional solution deployments, testing, and quality assuranceCreate user documentation and coordinate trainingDevelop functional specs for internal teams and third-party vendorsManage data pipelines and reporting toolsMaintain and configure systems like Class, XPM, HubSpot, Xero, MYOB, and moreCollaborate with ICT teams and vendors to ensure system performanceOversee ICT hardware/software lifecycle and asset trackingMonitor licensing and billing for business-specific system What You Will Bring Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesExperience in IT systems development and implementationHigh attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple prioritiesProven project leadership and delivery experienceCustomer-first mindset and a proactive approach Qualifications Certificate IV in Information Communications Technology (minimum)Desirable: CompTIA A, Networking, SecurityDesirable: Microsoft Certified Professional or similarDesirable: Bachelor’s Degree in ICT or related field Why Join H&R Block?
