About the Role We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager to take the lead on driving growth across Australia. Key Responsibilities Leading national growth initiatives and new business strategies Managing relationships with key private hospital, pathology and cardiology clients Driving field sales and identifying new commercial opportunities Collaborating with account managers and internal stakeholders to launch new services Championing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement May include managing and mentoring a small team – including setting territories, KPIs and targets, and acting as the decision-maker on complex escalations Domestic travel to support strategic growth opportunities About you Proven experience in business development, sales or partnerships Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills Ability to manage high-value relationships and close complex deals A customer-first mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach Background in healthcare, medtech or diagnostics (a bonus!)
