Your Impact As a Senior Associate, you’ll be at the heart of strategic initiatives that grow our lending portfolio and enhance client satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our products are robust, compliant, and continuously improving. Your day to day will look like: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Institutional and Business Banking Collaborate with Relationship teams, Risk, Finance, and Operations to support product enhancements Manage day-to-day product, process, and system queries Conduct product reviews, risk assessments, and reporting Drive initiatives to improve lending outcomes and client experience Investigate issues, incidents, and feedback across the lending value chain Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards for the institutional lending portfolio Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference.
