What You’ll Be Doing: Client Engagement & Discovery Partner closely with Account Executives and channel partners to understand mid-market client challenges. Lead discovery sessions to scope client requirements and align solutions to their financial management needs. Cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders, typically Heads of Finance or Financial Controllers. Product Demonstrations & Solution Design Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific client pain points. Translate complex financial and operational requirements into clear, impactful demonstrations. Work collaboratively to design customised solutions that fit unique client needs. Content Creation & Enablement Develop engaging marketing materials, including short videos and educational content. Enable channel partners and internal sales teams through structured training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Team Collaboration & Feedback Collaborate with the product team to stay ahead of new features and industry trends. Provide feedback loops to improve solutions and client engagement strategies. What Success Looks Like: High client satisfaction and positive feedback on product demonstrations. Achievement of personal and team OKRs, with measurable progress in deal acceleration. Continuous development through structured onboarding and ongoing learning. Strong collaboration with both direct and channel sales teams. Who You Are: Accounting Savvy: A solid foundation in accounting is essential (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience). Presentation Ready: You carry yourself with confidence and professionalism, making client presentations seamless. Team Player: Friendly, approachable, and adaptable.
