As a key member of our Care Services team, you will play a hands-on role providing 1:1 support to one of our amazing participants. This position is a part time contract, with a fixed 22 hours per week, currently fixed term to the participant's current plan end date. You must be available for the following roster: Monday 9am-3pm Tuesday 9am-3pm Thursday 9am-3pm Friday 9am-3pm (excluding public holidays) The successful candidate will possess the experience to work with individuals with complex care needs. Local applicants are preferred. Key Duties Include: Medication administration Home Based Daily Living Support Taking participant for appointments and other community participation Behaviour observation and support Meal preparation and shopping assistance Maintaining a record of participant progress Assessing participant to determine continuing needs Assistance in building participant self-image and self-confidence Skills And Experiences Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced, capable support workers with a background supporting clients from various backgrounds.
