Clinical Manager Lead the clinical operations of a large, aged care home in Adelaide, within a well-established provider offering it’s employee’s opportunities for growth and development. Summary: Oversee all clinical care functions, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for residents. You’ll guide and mentor the clinical team, support their development, and coordinate care planning while maintaining compliance with industry standards - all with a focus on delivering exceptional quality of care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor care staff, fostering a positive team culture and supporting professional growth. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to maintain quality care and operational efficiency. Conduct routine assessments and audits to uphold high standards of service delivery. Respond to and resolve concerns or complaints from residents, families, or staff with empathy and professionalism. Requirements: Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration. Previous experience as a Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or similar senior clinical role within aged care. Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding model, and compliance frameworks Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Excellent clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills Sound knowledge of risk management, incident reporting, and infection prevention and control practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams Exceptional time management and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvements A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development Relevant post-graduate qualifications in aged care, health management, or clinical leadership (desirable but not essential) In Return: Lead the clinical operations of a large, aged care home in Adelaide, within a well-established provider offering it’s employee’s opportunities for growth and development.
