Our Firm We are a long established Business Services specialist firm, situated at Chatswood, which assists its high net worth clients and their businesses achieve their business and life goals, covering all aspects of accounting, taxation, superannuation and estate planning together with compliance work which represents about 50% of our practice business. Our clientele is diverse and we only accept referrals as new clients, consequently we deliberately do not maintain a website, but are technologically up to date, in order to provide our clients with the best service. As a member of our team you will be recognised as a professional, with an emphasis on proper training and delivering practical and personalised expertise to our friendly clients, duly supported by your Manager and Principal. With our training program the position considered is well suited for those returning to work and we can offer a degree of flexibility with work environment and work hours (part office / part working from home), as your work-life balance is very important to us. The Role The role is open to an experienced Senior or Supervisor. Your duties and salary will be commensurate with your ability and knowledge. Responsibilities include: Business advisory and consulting Statutory compliance for Individuals, Trusts, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, Companies and Partnerships Directly liaising with clients, the ATO, external SMSF auditors, and financial advisors. About You I Skills and Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Business Services Accounting in Australian public practice Qualified as a CA or CPA Practical knowledge of tax structures and planning. Experience using accounting software (MYOB, Class, Microsoft, etc) Good communication and writing skills A dedicated work ethic The ability to work with like-minded people as part of a team Permanent Australian residency.
