Key Responsibilities Market Analysis & StrategyAnalyse competitive and internal data to identify revenue opportunities and threats.Build and lead market models to forecast demand and pricing strategy.Lead original, insight-driven pricing and market strategies for key routes.Pricing & Revenue OptimisationDesign and implement market-specific pricing strategies aligned to passenger behaviour and competitor dynamics.Create innovative fare products and respond quickly to market shifts.Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Demand Forecasting and Route Analysts to maximise revenue.Continuous Improvement & LeadershipDrive innovation in pricing models, playbooks, and business processes.Mentor and support a team of Analysts; champion pricing best practices.Lead cross-functional collaboration and share insights across the business.What We're Looking ForSolid experience in airline pricing, yield, or revenue management (or similar data-driven commercial roles).Strong analytical and modelling skills; comfortable working with large datasets and competitive market intelligence.Knowledge of fare construction, proration, IATA ticketing standards (qualifications an advantage).Sound understanding of economics, game theory, and customer behaviour.Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.Skilled communicator and natural collaborator; a mentor and leader by example.Advanced MS Excel and business tool proficiency.
