About the Role As a Shop Assistant , you are the face of Harris Farm! You’ll play a vital role in delivering a positive and memorable shopping experience by: Offering friendly, helpful customer service Restocking shelves and fresh produce displays Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems Supporting your team with general store duties Upholding food safety and quality standards What We’re Looking For A passion for fresh food and great customer service A positive, reliable and energetic attitude Availability to work a rotating roster (including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays) Ability to work in a physically active environment (lifting, standing, walking) Previous retail or hospitality experience is highly regarded About Harris Farm Markets At Harris Farm Markets, we don’t just respect nature, we’re driven by it. Key responsibilities will include; Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products Surprise and delight the customers with your amazing displays Maintain accurate department signage and pricing Putting the WOW in everything you do Use your team building experience to maintain and happy and safe working environment Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment Going the extra mile for our Customers Skills Required Enjoy working in a customer service environment Like being around others and creating an enjoyable place to work Have excellent communication skills Be passionate about your displays and the variety of fresh abundance on display Is flexible in availability, it's a busy store across 7 days!
