This role combines the flexibility of working from home with travel across Tasmania conducting Work Placement visits to observe and sign off student observations. About our opportunity The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver training programs in accordance with relevant contractual and compliance requirements including: Deliver and assess accredited training including CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, units of competency and skill sets from within the ECEC Training Package. Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience. Provide onsite, face-to-face support with students to support their personal learning and completion. Conduct Workplace Visits and Assessments of students within various workplace settings. Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to improve training program service offerings for both accredited and non-accredited courses Deliver training and assessment in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and online Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders Who are you? You will be experienced in the Vocational Education and training sector and have demonstrated ability to administer efficient and innovative training including: Experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of Learning and Assessment strategies. An understanding of the national VET sector and how it relates to the national labour market Student management and Learning management systems Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (required) Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing as and when required Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements.
