Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment activities. Who You Are A natural people partner with 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Confident managing high-volume recruitment and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are solutions-focused, resilient, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Experienced with ATS platforms and a whiz with Microsoft Office tools – bonus points for experience with HumanForce (Prev LiveHire) Meticulous with detail and passionate about delivering a smooth, professional candidate journey. A team player who brings energy, ideas, and a customer-first mindset. Bonus Points If You Have A Certificate IV or higher in HR or Business Administration.
