We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to help execute day-to-day digital activities and support the wider team across a range of digital marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow and contribute to one of Australia's most loved home furniture brands. As part of a small and fast-paced team, you'll gain exposure to all areas of digital marketing including Paid Search, Social, Display, Video and Affiliates, while working alongside experienced marketing professionals. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns including briefing assets, writing ad copy, uploading content and coordinating approvals. Support campaign performance tracking and reporting, including preparing weekly reports and compiling results for internal stakeholders. Liaise with cross-functional teams such as eCommerce, Direct Marketing, Buying and Creative to help coordinate campaign requirements. Help maintain campaign calendars and ensure marketing activities are delivered to schedule. Conduct basic competitor research and stay informed on digital trends and best practices. Provide general team support across administration, invoicing and campaign documentation. About you: To be successful in this role, you will have: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field. 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing support A keen interest in digital marketing, media and the retail sector. Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills. Strong organisation and time management abilities. A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace. Exposure to platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or Google Analytics is a bonus
