THE OPPORTUNITY Join us as a Chiller Hand at Harvey Beef, where you’ll play a key role in the processing of our premium beef products. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, we’ll provide the comprehensive training and support you need to succeed. This position offers variety, teamwork, and the chance to grow your skills. As a Chiller Hand, you will: Skilfully mark carcasses and perform precise cutting using handheld circular saws. Handle heavy manual tasks such as pushing carcasses and emptying chillers simultaneously. Operate rail systems for hook movement and scan carcass labels using handheld scanners. Adhere to safe work procedures and practices. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals. Promptly report any incidents or hazards to maintain workplace safety.
