About the Role Industry experience is essential for this position; we are seeking a passionate enthusiastic Trainer/Assessor to deliver our Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) and Certificate IV in Aged Care/Disability to students in the Sunraysia region . This role requires you to be organised, meet deadlines, monitor student progress, deliver excellent training and support to a diverse cohort of students whilst ensuring compliance with the administrative component of this role. This position involves the ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment that brings new opportunities and positive outcomes. Skills And Experiences Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you must have 3 years on job practical work experience in the Aged Care/Disability sector and hold a minimum Certificate IV Aged/Disability relevant or equivalent qualification. The TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its equivalent) is essential to this position. You will possess strong communication and excellent time management skills and have a strong focus on engaging learners and building industry relationships.
