About the role As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of multiple retail centres within the Lime Street Melbourne Portfolio. Reporting to the Retail Portfolio Manager or Head of Retail, you will lead a team of centre staff and oversee operations, leasing, finance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the delivery of business objectives and superior client service. Responsibilities Lead and manage centre staff, ensuring high standards in compliance, performance, and development. Oversee lease administration, renewals, and tenant relations in accordance with the Retail Leases Act. Drive financial performance including budgeting, arrears management, and recoverable cost billing. Ensure legal compliance, operational excellence, and accurate client reporting across all centres. Build strong relationships with local councils, community groups, and stakeholders to enhance public relations and centre visibility. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven leadership experience in retail property or asset management. Strong understanding of lease administration, financial reporting, and legal compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
