This role drives high performance and compliance with contractual obligations, fosters strong community and employer partnerships, and supports Business Managers and their teams to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. The Regional Manager promotes a culture of continuous improvement, staff development, and service excellence, ensuring the region contributes to the growth, reputation, vision and mission of the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensure each participants’ individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus Provide strong leadership and clear direction to Business Managers within the region, ensuring all teams receive the guidance, support, and development they need to succeed. Maximise contract performance by thoroughly understanding government contractual obligations and performance targets and developing effective strategies to achieve and exceed these. Manage the region’s financial performance through sound revenue generation, cost control, and budget management. Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Business Managers, supporting them to grow, develop, and enhance the performance of their managed sites. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement workforce plans that attract, retain, and build the capability and performance of all team members across the region. Ensure stakeholder and customer feedback is managed promptly and in line with organisational policies, with a focus on strengthening relationships and driving service improvements. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including federal, state, and local government agencies, employers, and community organisations. Foster and champion a service culture across the region that prioritises best-practice disability employment supports and outstanding customer experience. Demonstrate a continuous improvement or growth mindset through identifying improvement opportunities and solutions in how we practice and deliver core services This position is Full-Time operating in the following areas: Toowoomba Region The role will commence through October/November About you: We are seeking motivated and value driven leader to join our Inclusive Employment Australia division as a Regional Manager. Your will have proven experience in fostering a quality team environment as well as managing and driving teams to achieve excellent outcomes for our participants. You will also have the following: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Employment Services Industry Tertiary or vocational qualifications in Disability Studies or Employment Services (desirable) Demonstrated ability to lead a team of managers and service delivery staff Understanding of the government funded employment programs and an ability to interpret contract requirements Previous experience in regional management Strong business acumen and a proven ability to work with KPI’s and targets to achieve/exceed performance and financial objectives Well-developed IT knowledge and experience in Windows and Web based applications Proven high level of interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others Proven effective problem-solving and mediation skills Demonstrated ability to manage a proactive, diverse team and create a positive, inclusive work culture How to apply for this role?
