Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hostel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing guest arrivals and departures Overseeing housekeeping and maintenance staff Handling bookings, guest inquiries, and complaints Managing financial transactions and bookkeeping Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinating with seasonal employers for guest placements Overseeing facility maintenance and inventory management Skills and Experience Required: To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in accommodation or hospitality management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to lead a small team Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office Education Requirements: A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
