In this admin-heavy coordination role, you’ll be the central link between clients, drivers, operations, and support teams – ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. While there is a touch of sales involved, the main focus is on admin, communication, and service delivery. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating charter bookings and schedules with internal teams Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver smooth, timely transport Supporting the Sales Manager with reporting and growth initiatives Ensuring all documentation and details are accurate and up to date Attending industry events and meetings to maintain relationships What you’ll bring: Experience in admin, coordination, or customer service Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities A proactive, team-focused attitude Why join us?
