About the role: You’ll work on a mix of matters, including: Major M&A transactions – both negotiated and regulated. Equity capital raisings – IPOs and secondary offers. Joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and restructures. Corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Broader commercial advisory work for top-tier clients. The ideal candidate: We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded, and client-focused lawyer with: At least 5 years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier or leading mid-tier firm. Strong experience in public and/or private M&A, capital markets or private equity. Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.
