Export Documentation Officer – 12 Month Contract Location: Central Parramatta (Close to Train Station) Salary: $90,000–$100,000 Super (Depending on Experience) Start Date: ASAP Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday – Flexible start/finish times available (no WFH) An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Export Documentation Officer to join a busy, fast-paced, and growing business in the food/pharma/perishables space. You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team based on-site in central Parramatta and reporting directly to the Logistics and Documents Manager . About the Role The primary responsibility of the Export Documentation Officer is to support the day-to-day operations of the export and logistics team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant documentation, smooth shipment processes, and exceptional internal and external communication. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage export and logistics documentation including AFPs, EDNs, Health Certificates, and Bills of Lading Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, internal sales teams, and freight forwarders Support with export-related enquiries and ensure accuracy of packing and product specs Coordinate with DAFF and manage health certification processes Ensure export systems compliance and maintain documentation records Perform data entry and export-related accounting Assist with general office duties and provide team support as needed About You Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding , with export sea and air freight Background in food, perishables, or pharmaceutical/healthcare industries Strong understanding of export regulations and processes Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and manage workload independently Comfortable taking ownership and showing initiative Excellent communication and phone skills Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and comfortable with computer-based documentation systems Positive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment What’s on Offer Competitive salary package: $90,000–$100,000 Super , based on experience Supportive and close-knit team environment Central Parramatta location – easy access to public transport Flexible start and finish times (no WFH) Immediate start available 12-month full-time contract with a growing business https://www.elementsrecruitment.com.au/job-results/
