With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast   The Role: TALS Translation Team Leader  An exciting opportunity exists for a translation management expert to join the TALS team at Northern Health.  This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the TALS translation services, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project management throughout the translation process, ensuring the prompt and accurate provision of high-quality translation services in compliance with NAATI credentialing governance, maintaining accurate records, documentation and reports of translation projects and performance.  To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated experience in translation project management and coordination. Familiarity with the medical language services profession. Experience of translation quality assurance, proofreading or copy editing. Experience in creating and maintaining glossaries. Proficiency in subtitling and voiceover production. Experience in using graphic design tools. Familiarity with translation memory, terminology management, and CAT tools. Advanced project management and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure. The ability to forge strong, professional relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated commitment to quality and customer service. Data and records management Next Steps . . .
